What Makes a Blog Earn More?
Most of the blogs we see around are really regular joe blogs. Most of them cant claim they been mentioned in New York Times and such. Not that they lack good content, its a branding issue in many cases.
How can a regular joe blog make a decent money? IMO the most three important factors for a blog to earn decent are:
1. Google PR
2. Alexa Rank
3. Content
No matter what people say Google PR is the most important thing for a regular joe blog make money. With good PR you wont get accepted to good ad networks, people wont buy reviews from you..and so on.
Alexa rank also is an important factor for a regular blog earn more. Many link buyers notice this along with PR. Although I must say its not a reliable index.
I have put content at #3. You can ask why. From experience I have seen tons of blogs with crap content make few hundred bucks per month; but all of them got good pr and Alexa.
