One way links for Google and reciprocal links for Yahoo and Bing, design pages with css and div tags, use heading tags (h1,h2 etc) for each title, create your pages so they display in a row (similar to this forum page lay out, no columns) and create sub domains with the keyword you are targeting, then you can maybe start a blog on the sub domains or just put new content consistently. Whats really new in seo? Social media! Me, I still need to get used to the virtual friend thing..LOL
