About cashons.
Too much dancing texts and changing words. Especially the "welcome" and "latest news" switch you have there. It's practically not unreadable, you get to read the first 3 words and the text changes.
Also there's no focus, it takes too long to understand what I need to look at to see what this site is about. I spent too long at the first page without understanding what this site is all about.
This is just my opinion, take it for what it's worth.
