First it's definitely an intuitive and usable forum. I feel I can just jump in and post easily. 2 things came to mind that might be worth improving. The paper picture to mark thread\forum status looks a bit low quality and unattractive and your "REPLY" button has both the R and E highlighted, which is either a typo or signify something I personally didn't get.
Just 2 minor things, over all it looks good to me.
