see first of all thanks for suggestions and help .But their is no duplicate content in both the sites.
Also the sites are of good quality ..but not ranking well since past few months.you can check these from my first and second signatures .you cant find any redundancy in data their but yes i can say insurance site is having certain forms in it rather than whole content
