what is google review policy..?
Google updated its review policies in 2018 to forbid the practice of "review gating."
The policy itself states:-
"Don't discourage or prohibit negative reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers."
This means all of your customers should have equal opportunities to leave a review.
