How To Prepare Garden Egg Sauce
Making Garden Egg Sauce
Ingredients
8 pieces of garden egg
4 pieces of fresh pepper
Hand full of crayfish
1 onion (chopped)
Smoke dried fish
Half cup of vegetable oil
1 knorr magi
Salt to taste
Procedure for preparing garden egg sauce
Wash the garden egg properly and cut into pieces then rap with a foil paper, place into a pot with water and heat until it is soft.
Place the soft garden egg into a bowl and mash properly
Blend the fresh pepper and crayfish
Heat the vegetable oil, add salt and fry the chopped onions, blended pepper and crayfish
Add the mashed garden egg
Wash and add your smoke-dried fish
Add the knorr Maggi and any other seasoning you may prefer
Allow it to cook for 2minutes, taste and make any adjustment
Then allow it to cook and fry properly before bringing it down
You can serve hot with yam, boiled plantain or rice
