Having dashes (-) in domain have no significant impact on rankings in Google. So it's okay to have hypen in domain, not a big issue though. But if user were to type you're domain name directly they might feel lazy to type(-). I have managed a domain with dashes in domain name and its ranks in google like any other domain.
