Look, if your diet is balanced, there is no need to take supplements. On the other hand, it's not that easy to get all the needed vitamins and minerals from food, that's why check your vitamin levels regularly. I take a lot of supplements such as Omega 3, vitamin C, D, I buy all the medicines online in Canadian Pharmacy Online.
