I want to know what is the new SEO strategy that should be used after Google Penguin Update 2.0 . What should be done to achieve high ranking without getting spam.

After Penguin 2.0 new strategy- update your site with good content.

Penguine 2.0 update is mainly for exact match link.

Penguin is a fight against all existing forms of webspam including link spamming/ trading, aggressive overuse of exact match anchor text, submitting to low quality article/ blog directories etc.

So make sure:
- You have variation in your anchor text
- You are not buying/ exchanging links
- Your website is compelling enough to pull natural backlinks

in my opinion avoid unnatural link and avoid duplicate content in any way.

We should avoid building links in low quality sites.
