We are planning to launch a startup World Music Club.
Do you know any service offering themes and plugins for WordPress sites?
One of our colleagues suggested Sparklewp.com as the solution?
Are there any expers who can give a review about them?
or any alternatives?

Sparklewp.com has a good impression but check out Elegant Themes as well as ThemeForest. They offer a lot of good themes and plugins backed with a great community, which should be awesome for your World Music Club launch.
