PPC - Pay Per Click

CPC - Cost per Click

It's same thing depends on from which point of view you are looking at. Publishers or Advertisers.

Cost per click is one of the metrics used when measuring PPC.

PPC = Pay per click (Example : Google adword, media.net, facebook advertising etc)
CPC = Cost per click (your advertising cost will paid by per click on that company)
For advertiser and publisher both need better knowledge about CPC and PPC.
