Do you used to post content on your social media daily or weekly?

If so what do you guys think what are the best times to post on social media in a schedule task for tweets, facebook posts, google+ posts..etc?

First, you need to mention what is your target market. For example, if your target marketing is the USA then you can get an idea through Facebook insight tool about what time most of the USA users visiting on your facebook page and then you can schedule your post accordingly.

Same will be applicable for all social networking site as most of them provide an insight about how your page performing on that portal.

We can post on the social media in special occasions. Because in those days many people could be in live in social media. So there is a great chance for your post to get viral.

I usually post on social medium on Tuesday and Thursday, in 9AM, 4PM and 8PM.

The best times are between 1 p.m.–3 p.m. on the optimal days. Anytime between 9 a.m.–3 p.m. are peak times of Twitter use. Huffington Post: For maximum retweets, post at 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. The best days to post for B2B organizations is Monday–Friday, and for B2C it's the weekends and Wednesdays.

It depends on your targeted country and audience. You must be posting on social media from 7 pm to 11 pm.
