How can we identify a site/blog is dofollow or nofollow? Is there any tool avail?

For checking that a site is No follow or Do follow then just go to the source code of a site you want to check then press CTRL+F and then search NO follow if you find it then site is No follow and if you will not find it then site is Do follow.

Just add a add on in your firefox, after that your will check do follow or no follow.

I think in the seo process both no follow and do follow links matter
do follow count as back link to the site from search engine. It's important for site ranking to get quality back links.no follow doesn't count as back link to the site from search engine but it can be helpful as an traffic generate source if it's come from high pr sites.
