what could possible ways to determine a grey hat trafficking? I wonder how to detect that one?

Gray hat mean mix of White hat and Black hat, eg If you create a Link Wheel with duplicate contents then it will only to get backlinks or to manipulate the search results then this Link Wheel will called Gray Hat Technique otherwise if Link wheel has created to visitors then it is pure White Hat Technique
