Hello Guy's i am working last one year in SEO fields. I absorb that SEO task has been updated time to time. Before sometimes I do off-page then keywords ranking improve simultaneously...But today scenario is that Off-page task less importance then On-page task. If i do on-page task on regular basis then site ranking as well as site impression ans status improve.So conclusion is that..

--On-page Should be good
--Content Update on regular basis
--Check your site impression
--Check links of your site
--do forum posting on regular basis

Note: Plz give suggestion what did you observe...

Blog comments and blogging both are very important tips to get good response from search engine and it is very helpful for good ranking position in SERP.

Yes i agree with john.. Guest posting and blog commenting have become one of the important method of off page seo. Your website can gain quality do follow backlinks through guest posts.

Yes this is true that if your on-page is not proper then off-page would be less effective automatically
