Which exercises you prefer for health?

Running is the best exercise to main healthy body. i like running and i am doing regular running in morning time. without good health not anything is possible. so i recommend to all peoples to do some exercise for healthy life. because health is wealth.

I prefer thirty minutes of cardio (fast walking, running or elliptical machine) five days per week and weightlifting two to three times per week. My weights include bench press, biceps curls, triceps presses, squats and crunches.

Check out "Tabata" style exercises. 4 minutes per day is enough to keep you in good shape.

Depends on weight loss or muscle gain...high intensity interval training is good
