Looking for a free E-mail webform
 

I wanted to add an email form to my website.

My website host recommends nms FormMail, but the available version turns out to be quite an old one, 2004.

Are there any newer Form mail recommendations that are efficient and have Captcha?

Any ideas would be most welcome.
