The easiest way to maintain a healthy lifestyle is to have home made food which is rich in nutrients, avoid junk food, and do some sort of exercise daily. It will help you stay fit.

early to bed and early to rise makes man healthy wealthy and wise....that is true but one thing is needed daily exercise that keeps you fit and energetic..

I would agree to you. A thirty minutes workout is very much needed, considering the amount of food we eat.

what i think is the best way to maintain health is to do excercise on regular basis and engage in phisical activities as much as you can that will help you to stay health and active and eat some good and healthy food.........
