I appreciate your way of talking. Well SEO is not so much easy as google updates effects a lot in search engine ranking. As per latest penguin updates you cant gain more than one backlinks from same site and if the website is down or redirects from one domain to another domain then gained backlink will declined and in aspects you have loss of one backlink.

you trying say that if you generate more backlink from one site that your site could be penalized ? Can you please share source for this information. If you don,t mind.
