Every little bit of empirical data that I can find generally seems to declare that the Panda, Penguine, Caffeine, Vince, et. al improvements have effectively diminished the necessity of all article writing. Some may well take issue, but I think your seo effort is better spent in other places. Most people spin their articles any way.
