be active all time, share great content to attract user to your to be part of your community and don't force like your page or to join your community just be had much attractive that user itself join your community. Reply to every comment or welcome every user. This method a bit time taking but you would get real time user or visits that could be convert to business lead.

Part 1
1. Go to Google+.
2. Go to the Communities page. You can do this by selecting the link in the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of page.
3. Click the "Create Community" button. It's placed in the top-right corner of the page.
4. Decide if your community should be public or private.
5. Enter a name for your community.
Part 2
1. Go to your community's page.
2. Click the "Edit community" link.
3. Click "Pick a photo" button.
4. Select a photo.
5. Crop the photo.
6. Click the "Set as community photo" button.
7. Click the "Send" button.
