First thing you need some visitors you video so then if you have account on social media sites so then you can go and post you video on it and then you see on your video have great quantity of visitors and the you get comment and i think it's great thing to promote your video

1.Upload a video on youtube
2.Download Tube Increaser
3.Set it up and go for 15k views (Dont go after 15k in one day cause it may get deleted)
4.Download Tubeinator and set it up
5.Go at youtube most all time viewed videos and extract the userid
6.Send them friends requests and messages like ''Hello please comment my video.Thanks and have a nice day''
Dont forget to set a high delay like 1 minute so you dont risk gettin banned
