Please tell me some tips for good health.

What we eat that should be digested properly. Then only we will become healthy. Physical activity is very much essential to maintain good health. Walking and Water both are the key factors for good health.

If you want to stay fit , you will have to follow a routine, do not eat outside, always have home cooked food, exercise daily, and keep yourself on the move all day as sitting the entire day may make you lazy.
