Using a Google Chrome extension, you can disable Timeline...

1st open your chrome browser then go to the chrome web store,search for timeline remove and click the button add to chrome then install

There is no physical way to remove it. Unless you get browser plugins there is no real way to remove. This is Facebook's thing so Timeline can't be erased.
