This is like a link wheel, except that you own all the sites that you�re linking together. You may link together a series of smaller niche sites, with each smaller site linking to your main site.

The mininet is place where many network waiting for a link exchange.But i think this is not healthy for seo purpose,because the mininet affected by spamming then and also it it is very harmful for your websites.

When a person or an organization holds set of two or more websites which are internally connected is called mini net.
