I think that E-mail marketing is spamming, what is your thinking, please explain your thinking.

Spamming is over-stuffing such contents, keywords in a submission site.

I don't considering E-mail marketing as spamming. it is just another strategy to market your product or service, similar to tv ads, and hoardings.

Spamming is nothing but the high level of duplicate content added to the website is one of the spamming. Putting lot of keywords int the keyword tag also spamming.
