Can anybody explains that Google rich snippets effects on website ranking or not? And what is the advantage of this?

Google normally scans a web page for relevant areas to the query. This could affect CTR from SERP, especially when a snippet that is taken from the web page doesn't read well for possible visitors to understand. This makes it important to, also, optimize the words surrounding the key phrases you are targeting that are mentioned within the body of the web page.
