Forum posting or blog commenting and why ?

both are best for Driving traffic and Back links. idk what you are looking for. both segments are best in SEO, SERP and traffic too.. so do both..

Blog commenting can easily drive well traffics to your website in short time of periods. Blogging is the best way to create unique backlinks.

I thought the forum posting is the better than blog commenting.

I think forum posting is much better than blog commenting cause in forum posting you have to continuously connected with that forum which increased chance to getting good traffic and backlinks also.

Forum posting is much better than Blog commenting. The reason is simple, Blog commenting is most of the time giving no follow links, however in Forum posting most of the times you get do follow links.
