Coffee cup question
 

Hi there does anyone here use coffee cup? I'm a bit confused with the HTML tool, im a noob, please can someone tell me if header Is the same as head? And please can someone tell me every tag I need to put in head section please, for example the language tag, I put it in header? Is this correct? Sorry if I seem silly,
