What is the best way to create your permalink, to be found in google?

Example:
siteownersforum.com/to-be-found-in-google/
siteownersforum.com/tobefoundingoogle/

With or without the -, or doesnt it matter?

the easiest method i have found is to simply open the document and copy the url in your browser's address bar .that url is parmalink to the files in your account .
