if you have limited content so what you will prefer to do article submission or blog creation for your website to get backlinks and promote your website?

If you have limited content then why not un-limit it on your website and create fresh content for yourself and not for other blog or website.
Make your quality content and let the other webmasters create their content and point to you.

You can make the content unlimited if not you can hire someone to make a relevant content of your site.

Both are best techniques..

I want the website useful will someone do, either do it yourself or hire someone to do.

Its a matter of creating original, quality information that you can offer to your readers.
