wordpress and joomla?
why designers prefer to joomla, wordpress rather than photoshop templates and then cutting it to html...?
|
I prefer Joomla as it is ready to go. Joomla lets me focus more on content creation and writing than on design. I prefer elementary design templates and some simple graphics plus a little css would be enough and would not require advanced technique met in the Photoshop.
So I think that the right choice depends also on the project. Weather it is a content website or a contemporary design website. For example you won't need Photoshop for a blog but you surely need it for a professional photo gallery. |
yes. I too prefer Joomla for creating attractive templates. Because its an opensource CMS, user-friendly and easy to learn it.

If You are talking about content and Seo Plate form Then wordpress is best for both of them But If Its About design and template then joomla is With Thousands of Template Awesome designs

I always prefer WordPress. Its so simple and easy that even non technical person can also handle it after some experience. I can easily insert, edit and manage changes in my site. Furthermore i can easily find all the plugins which i look far.

wordpress is very simple & easy to access , joomla is creating attarctive templates

Wordpress in my opinion is superior over Joomla, having developed to a high degree in both I find that the flexibility and admin UI of wordpress is far better for the job.
I find that Joomla documentation is all defined for 1.5 even though there has been significan releases since. However joomla is the better choice if you want to have session management. it is possible with wordpress, but out of the box with joomla. I rarely use wordpress as a blogging system, more as a website creation CMS and take full advantage of custom post types and custom taxonomies.. |
