Different places to eat, not the same in different countries eat more, your staple food is what you most like to eat?

as usual i eat meat, fish, potatoes and pasta. it is staple food for russia.

I'm usually eating a lot of protien and fruits. I try to stay away from carb-loaded foods.

if i could make pasta ..with every thing i would but since my mom cooks i cant ...but one day my kids are gonna commit mutiny because they dont share my love ;^;
