What are the different types of the sitemap?what is the benefit of sitemap for users?

there are two types of sitemaps..
HTML Sitemap
Text sitemaps
ROR sitemaps
XML sitemaps
RSS feeds as sitemaps..
They can help user website to get crawled and indexed all the pages.

According to me mainly two types of sitemaps:-

1) XML sitemap:- It is also called Google sitemap and this is use for Google for catches your all website pages easily.

2)HTML sitemap:- It use for visitors.

Guys, if you have a wordpress blog you can use may plugins that can generate sitemap for your site such as google xml sitemap plugin.
