My website keyword position is now 3rd position in Google page. So i want maintain this position of my keyword in search engine. So what to do now to maintain this keyword sticky position 3 in Google?

To maintain ranking in Google, you need to
1. Keep building up more backlinks.
2. Submit Articles and blogs.
3. Get involved in social media

You can maintain your ranking of keyword via link building method and mostly content is required for maintaining rank of keyword.
