I want to add noindex to contact page

Hi,

My Website has a pagerank 2. The footer links about us, contact us, forgot password, terms and conditions, privacy policy all have gained PR 2. I built backlinks only for the home page. But the menu pages have no PR.

I am going to add to the contact us, forgot password, terms and conditions and privacy policy pages. Will it help in passing the home page PR to the menu pages?

Or should I use a robots.txt

use robot.txt.. and no need to worry of link leakage.. if it not outbound then G will be ignored and no harm for index or other site pages...
