Is CSS will hurt our rankings on search engines?

Hello optimizers I need to know that If we block Googlebot from crawling JavaScript and CSS as blocking Javascript, Then CSS will hurt our rankings on search engines. :confused:

Yes CSS also important for On Page Activities. If There is some mistake in css during the use of HTML code then it can take wrong info.
