How we over come from google latest update?

Google has new update called penguin. if any site hit by this update how we over come from that process?

- Have variation in their anchor text
- Are not buying/ exchanging links
- Have their website compelling enough to pull natural backlinks
- Have no over-optimized on-page element
- Have all unnatural/ spammy links removed
- Stick to white hat, legitimate SEO work
- Stop any other kind of webspam they were indulged in
