i want your help actually my site is going so much down. before google update at 22 April my site rank is in the first page but right now is not in 200. how i got my site rank again?

That seems like a Penguin attack...Make sure you aren�t trading or spamming links, remove all unnatural links to your site, have variation in anchor text and get rid of any over-optimized onpage element.

this is reality: everytime you update your website, you will see your rankings shoot from nowhere to even #1 in SERP, but a couple of weeks later, you will notice it to be back to its original rankings again. The best strategy for this is to always add more content to your website to make it alive in SERPs again--i don't think this is a penguin attack not unless if you have performed bad seo practices.

yes, it is penguin attack because my website ranking is down the same way. After down my site ranking i am waiting for recover my site ranking and creation of linkbuilding slow. I think i have done over work for my site that another reason of ranking down.

Clearly the site has been hit by Penguin update. So, you have to study your SEO pattern again. Figure out what you have done wrong previously and try to remove that. Also, keep updating your site continuously and keep creating new dofollow backlinks from trusted sources. Remember, content update frequency still matters a lot given that the content is unique and not copied from somewhere.

Also, figure out if your site has not been blocked by Google. If it is so then you again have to request Google to reindex your site.

Double check your all work done on your website and try to know whats had wrong.Check your website for over optimization,low quality content or irrelevant backlinks etc and if you find anything wrong then try to fix it and again focus on quality content and backlinks.I hope you will get rank for your website again.

You better try paid SEO because at position 200 its very very far.

First you should check eighter your content is original or duplicate, if it�s duplicate content delete it from your site. You can also use multiple SEO activity. Google book marketing is the best way to caching your site by Google. Form pasting and blog commenting is also help your website to goes up. Increase high PR and do follow back link activity.
