Will you still work hard when your boss is not in the office?

When your boss is out of doing other things and will leave some days, will you still work hard or will just have some time to do your own other things? actually I have ever had that thought of the latter idea but I did not do that because I think working hard is for myself not for him, do you also think so?

Well, I don't think anyone wants to work in absence of his boss. It is something like party time.

Yes I do hard work in office when my boss is not in the office. Because I'm working for my life and future not for my boss.
