Problem Importing Campaigns With YSM
 

I have a Gold YSM account. I have the "Import" feature that let me import all my campaigns through a csv files. However, very often, I always get the following error message:
The system has encountered the following error(s)
You have reached the maximum number of download, upload, and import requests allowed in a 24 hour time period. Please try again later.

How much downloads, uploads, imports am I allow to process per day?

This is pretty frustrating, since I upload a huge load of campaigns per day. Waiting 24 hours does not make any sense. The weird thing is that I only uploaded 2 campaigns today. I sent a ticket to the technical support, but I did not get any answer yet.
1. Does anyone have the same problem?
2. Is there any way to by pass this limit?
3. Why do we have this limit?
