Google +1 and PageRank
 
There is a lot of speculation about the impact Google +1 is going to have on PageRank. Google is very heavily invested in this program and needs it to be a bulwark against Facebook, so I suspect it will have more impact than we want to admit.

There is no direct or indirect bearing of Google +1 on Page Rank. PR solely depends on the number of high quality backlinks pointing to your webpages. But yes, +1s do hold heavy weight in Google SERPs.

Also I somewhat guess that you are confusing Google +1s with the Google + network.

How we say that Google plus support the Page Rank..I am not agree with your comment because if Google+ support PageRank then this is a easy method to gain PageRank
