To get organic traffic it is very important to have organic submissions. Now a days google is very strict about fake and access back links.

In my opinion Forum participation is the best technique to get backlinks.

Yes its not a task to do submission but most important is how much effective and quality in your submission?So we should take care quality while we do link building.

same opinion hold by me, but submission should be on high pr and site should be dofollow. it will help alot to get index.
