Some tips please?

I am trying to develop the PR of a site related to Islam. . Its long time but I am getting tired. Its too complicated. Please give me some basic tips . please . otherwise I must stop my work.

If you are targeting only for PR then i will suggest you to create the high back links for your website and then in coming update your PR is increased.

You have to build links by forum, blogs,social bookmarking and directories these are very effective in increasing page rank.

As my site is related to Islam, should I get links from only Islamic sites? If I get links from other category sites will it effect bad?
