Need a List of UK Directories, Social Bookmarking Websites
 

I have a local project of uk. i need some directories and social bookmarking website. Also if you have some advise about how to promote a website country-wise?, then please share with me.

if you want directories then do one thing. First search the UK website then search that website directories. You easily get your desire list.

I would suggest you that use only two websites.

1- Digg
2- Stubmleupon

Both are good websites..

if you want to come up on Uk domain then buy the UK domain and analyzed your niche website keywords according to your target market then you begin your off page optimization. if you come up on Google.com then you easily come up on UK search engine.

There are very less websites with .co.uk domain for directories, forums and social bookmarking sites, my client is also from UK searching for more sites.

go to google uk and type uk directories list. you will get huge list of directories

just search in search engines free directory lists in 'uk'
