Not getting backlinks google.

Hi there,
I started site work from one month but unable to get backlinks from google?
why google delays while bing shows quick results.
Need your help.

One month is not enough time and secondly it depends upon the age of your website if it have good domain age then it will get ranking quick. Similarly quick backlinks can be done then it will rank within one month..
