I have come a long way just to get logged on to this very good online forum suite and this is of course due to a very urgent need that I have at the current times. It is all about the thing that they are mentioning as the key word density. It will be apparent that you might not have an idea of this too if you are a beginner like me. Please give me an idea about this matter. I have heard that the right amount of those key words could really bring good amounts of traffic. The wrong amount on the other hand could be a very bad thing since it could get your site banned. Please give me more ideas.

I just started learning about this as well so take everything I say with a grain of salt. I believe what you want to do is have around 2%-5% of your keyword phrase in your content example: if your word is mikestone you want to use it around 2 times per 100 words. Additionally, you want your keyword phrase in your H1 (title) and H2 title so something like

Mikestone's Keyword Density Page

and so on and so forth.

Also, tag your pictures with your keyword in the alt section

2-3 % Keyword density is good, I wonder how people are targeting 5-6% keywords on single page for multiple keywords.

Keyword density is very important factor in the SEO. Because if you use keywords more than density. Its called keyword stuffing.which is black hat SEO and can harm the site.
