Link to my site through my other websites?
 

Suppose I am owner of Thousand sites and when i makes again one other new site and get backlinks from my other thousand site to this new site.
Then will it help to my new site and how google will treat it?
Any suggestion?

Google gives more privilege to the dofollow links taken from relevant website(with similar niche). Even if you have so many of them and you want to take advantage, then sure that they all are optimized properly and are of your niche.

Instead putting down so much amount of time and efforts on a particular site will give you better results.
