I like to design a website with css and div tags, very rarely do I use a table, I call images from the css and layout using rows, instead of rows and columns, rows only, is the best layout for a website, rows are super SEO friendly and the user never gets confused. Try it you will be surprised at how fast the site loads, and the search engines will index it right away and if you know about keywords and meta tags and how to use them you can get into the top ten on most keywords using my technique alone.
